Panhandle Rural Electric Membership Association (PREMA) believes that its members are entitled to the safe and efficient delivery of reliable and reasonably priced electricity and services that will improve their quality of life. BOARD AND MANAGEMENT
The Board of Directors and Management pledge to be innovative, informed and progressive as leaders of the association. We pledge to promote PREMA as a progressive, professional service organization of high integrity providing a valued service which helps the membership enjoy a high quality of life.
