MISSION STATEMENT
Panhandle Rural Electric Membership Association (PREMA) believes that its members are entitled to the safe and efficient delivery of reliable and reasonably priced electricity and services that will improve their quality of life. Service excellence will be foremost in all contacts and dealings with our customer.
Our Mission will be accomplished by adhering to these principles:
We place the members first in determining policies and procedures. We strive to keep the membership informed and involved in their association and to provide the highest standard of service. We pledge to remain open to opportunities for growth which will benefit the membership.
We pledge to maintain the association's financial strength through prudent business practice.
We pledge to participate in programs and activities which foster the well being and economic development of the communities in the service area.
We recognize our employees as our most important asset and strive to provide an atmosphere where all employees can perform at their maximum potential.
The Board of Directors and Management pledge to be innovative, informed and progressive as leaders of the association. We pledge to promote PREMA as a progressive, professional service organization of high integrity providing a valued service which helps the membership enjoy a high quality of life.
