Are you a new member or trying to update or cancel your service? We can help you with any and all of these questions about your account.
To become a new member you will need to contact us at 308-762-1311 or visit our office at 251 Brayton Road (just east of the overpass on Highway 2) to set up your new membership account. You will be asked to complete membership forms. You can do this in person or electronically.
We require a good 12-month credit reference from another utility company or a $150.00 deposit. This deposit will be held on account for 12 months of good payments. At that time it will be automatically refunded or paid on account, whichever you prefer.
If you need to change or cancel your service, you must first provide us with the meter number used for your electric service. This is necessary to transfer or cancel your service. Contact us at 308-762-1311 and ask for our billing accountant.
